What we collect: the company name, your name, work email, business postcode and trade you give us on the sign-up form.
Why: to contact you once about the planned launch and invite you to the trial if it proceeds. We will not send a marketing newsletter unless you separately opt in. Our legal basis for this launch-list message is your consent.
Who sees it: only us. We never sell or share your details. We do not yet send automated emails; the email address will only be used for the launch update described above.
How long we keep it: until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
